Will Brazilian Jiu Jitsu benefit my child?

Yes! Jiu Jitsu emphasizes the use of technique and leverage to overcome raw strength and power; therefore, your child will not need to rely on size, stength, or aggression to excel. Your child will develop physical awareness, balance, flexibiliy, and coordination while strengthening the mental aspects of their personality by building self-esteem, discipline, confidence, and good work ethic.

The best benefit of Jiu Jitsu is off the mat. BJJ encourages a world-view based upon the idea of rational problem solving. In BJJ students are constantly solving problems rapidly and under stress. They can then apply this skill to real life situations.

Our kids are divided into 3 different classes based on a mixture of age, size, and ability.
